    From the old world "ding" of the front door you step into a different world where friendliness, knowlege and customer service. No hard sell. Just enthusiastic kind people. Imagine the opposite of Argos and you are nearly there. Customers become friends and pop in. Look at their window, especially at Christmas or public events/ holidays. A jewel in Dorking.
